Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing to the Congress Office and the following cancellation policy will be enforced:
- 100% of the registration fee is refundable for a cancellation received on or before 8 October 2024.
- 50% of the registration fee is refundable for a cancellation received on or before 25 October 2024.
- No refunds will be made after 25 October 2024.

Please note: If your payment is not received by 25 October 2024, your registration will be cancelled without further notice.
